How to request a quote
Call or fill out the form on this site and we'll answer back the same day or next morning. Tell us what you need, when you need it, and where the site is. For porta potty rentals, we ask how many workers or guests you'll have and how long the rental runs. For dumpster rentals, we need the project size and debris type. For septic pumping, let us know your tank location and whether you need emergency service.
Pricing depends on unit type, rental length and delivery distance. A standard porta potty costs more per day than per week, and monthly rates beat weekly ones. ADA accessible units run higher because they need extra space and reinforced platforms. We'll send you a breakdown with delivery fees, service calls and any weekend premiums before you commit to anything.
What we need from you to quote accurately
Location matters. You need to tell us the full address or cross streets in Boulder where the unit will sit. If placement is in a public right of way, confirm with the city that placement there is allowed. We deliver within Boulder and to nearby towns: Valmont is 3.5 miles east, Louisville 9.4 miles southeast, Lafayette 10.1 miles east, Erie 13.9 miles east, and Broomfield 15.5 miles southeast.
For construction sites, tell us how many workers will use the facilities. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets minimums: 1 toilet for 20 workers or fewer, then 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers up to 200, then per 50 workers above that. If you're not sure how many units you need, we can help you figure that out. For events, give us the expected headcount and hours of operation.
Existing utilities matter too. If you need a restroom trailer instead of porta potties, we have to know if power is available on site. For handwashing stations, we need water access or we bring a self-contained unit. If you're renting a storage container, let us know the ground surface and whether a forklift can reach the spot.
Quotes are free and binding for 30 days
We don't charge to quote you. Once you get a price from Boulder Porta Pros, we'll hold it for 30 days. If your dates slip a week or two, the quote still stands. If you need to scale up, add another unit or extend the rental, we'll adjust and send a new quote. If you cancel, there's no penalty before the rental start date.

How quickly can you deliver?
Same day if you call before 10 a.m. on a weekday. Next morning otherwise. Our delivery truck needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind it, so tell us if your site is tight.
Do you service on weekends?
Yes. Weekend delivery and service cost more than weekday rates. We'll quote that separately when you ask.
What if I need to pump my septic tank instead?
Residential septic tanks pump every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size. Call us for an appointment. Emergency pumping also available.
Can you handle a construction dumpster rental too?
Absolutely. Roll-off dumpsters fit most jobs. Tell us what debris you're hauling and how long you need it.
